ARC Caval

The design combines minimalist abstraction of art and geometry with the prestige of high-end fashion, and the classic of English heels. It further preserves the element of rawness in its execution manifested through the neat and delicate feel of the shoe and its overall look. The design process involved the deliberation of the three essential elements of the shoe: natural, abstract, and elegant. This required balancing the proportions of the design itself, as well as paying attention to the chosen materials in terms of texture, colors, and quality, to achieve a satisfying appeal of aesthetics.

THEY NEW YORK

THEY New York is a minimalist footwear label founded by siblings Jack and Angela Lin. The founders come from a family that has been manufacturing footwear for Japanese private labels for the past 40 years. The core design of THEY is inspired by fundamental elements of the German Bauhaus movement and the aesthetics rooted in Japanese minimalism and architectural forms. We believe in creating a shoe that celebrates design itself, with each pair standing out with muted elegance.

Quswa Wholecut

The Quswa wholecut was inspired by the historical battle of Badr, represented by hand carved Arabic Calligxraphitti encryption on high grade Italian leather. Designer Que Shebley states "here are 5 version series of the Quswa wholecut as each design released continues the originating encryption as a whole, the encryption signifies one of the most significant moments of the battle". The design is hand painted in layers with a patina technique. The sole hand made with a beveled waist closed channel with metal toe taps for that extra aristocrat feel. A true master piece and a must see.

Unconventional Chic

The project stemmed from a need to design shoes for real women. Constructing what appears to be an architectural object, with its bronze brass, gave the designer room to play with technical details such as the small V-shape at the front, which provides a more comfortable fit.
